The Olmon Edu app
Olmon Edu is the app for Olmon Akademie students. It brings together live lessons and their recordings, homework, tests, the library, group chat, attendance, grades and payments.
Olmon Edu
The app works in Uzbek, Russian, English and German. You can switch the language in the app’s Settings.
Signing up
- Open Olmon Edu and tap “Sign up” on the sign-in screen.
- Enter your Uzbek phone number (+998) and type the code we send you by SMS. The code is valid for 5 minutes.
- Enter your first name, surname and gender, and choose a password: at least 8 characters, with at least one Latin letter and one digit.
That’s it — you are signed in and can use the library right away. Homework and tests open once the school adds you to a course: apply in the app with “Apply for a course”, or call us.
If the app says your number is already registered (for example, because you already study at the school), you don’t need a new account: tap “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in screen, set a password and sign in.
Resetting your password
You can reset your password with an SMS code. This works for every account — students, guests and staff.
- On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot your password?”.
- Enter your phone number and type the code we send you by SMS.
- Set a new password: at least 8 characters, with at least one Latin letter and one digit.
- The app returns to the sign-in screen — sign in with your new password.
No SMS? Try again in a few minutes. If the app says the account can’t be recovered in the app, call us.

Live lessons
Students in online groups join live lessons only in the Olmon Edu app — the student web portal (talaba.olmonedu.uz) has no live lessons. For now the app is for iPhone and iPad.
- When a lesson starts, you get a notification (if you allowed notifications).
- On the Home tab, tap “Join lesson” on the lesson card.
Lessons are recorded, and you can watch the recordings in the app too. If the app shows “Update the app”, update it from the App Store first.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app itself:

- Delete account
The app first shows what is removed and what stays, then asks for your current password and a final confirmation. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone in the app.
If you sign in only with Telegram and have no password, set one first:

- All sessions: you are signed out everywhere, in the app and the student portal

What the school keeps
- Payments and billing — for the school’s accounting, as the law requires
- Study history — groups, attendance and grades
- Your name and phone number in the school’s student record
- Group chat messages — they stay in the group under your name
- The Telegram bot link, so payment receipts and reminders continue
- If you used the app as a guest: your whole record in the school’s CRM, including your gender, chosen level and any course application
If you sign up again with the same phone number, the account is re-attached to the same student record. Staff accounts are managed by the school, so the app has no delete option for them. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a full deletion, call us.
